I've had enough of this "wheel in" bullshit. Lets see the tread.
We all drive cars, and all those cars have tires. So lets see them. Show me some tread.

Well I have noooo idea what the story on this "wheel in" thing is, but this is the only photo I have that shows tread. Enjoy?

Suck on wet pavement, and you'll get 30k miles out of them tops (if you don't put rock slashes in them), but very quiet and pretty good off road.

These are my current wheels(not my car)
These are the wheels I want. I want them so badly.
LOOK AT THEM!! THEY ARE BEAUTIFUL :')

Wheel In is a photographer thing. The rules say we are supposed to always show the wheel, and not the tread.
It's a pet-peeve of mine. I prefer to see the tires and not the wheel.

Get them. Get them now.
Are they lighter than stock?

Countach.

It's too cliché. All modern overly edited bedroom wallpapers have it. I hate it!!! Real photographers can make a car look good with the tires at any angle.

Ahh, well now I know. Also I'm glad I played the game and got it right.

Dat's some good tread.
![]() 10/28/2013 at 01:36 |

I forgot; they are almost $400 each and the wheel/tire combo weight almost 100 lbs per corner. When new, the tread is over half an inch deep.
![]() 10/28/2013 at 01:36 |

They are about a pound lighter than stock per corner. Plus I can't get them now. I just bought the final parts of my exhaust.

I just made a post earlier today about unsprung weight and how awesome it is. Lighten your car (once you have money that is).

Kinda crappy photo, but it's the most tread-y pic I have of my own ride. Click for link.

That's some good tread.

That's a nice healthy tire you got there.

Pretty sure that's a lambo, du-
Oh, wait—I don't. Wat.
I think I have broken the machine by using that phrase too much...

This angle does have a certain appeal to it... Very aggressive. I like it.

One of my Audi's tires, love my Michelin's!

Love it.
![]() 10/28/2013 at 02:14 |

After I put some tires on I think they will be maybe 2 or 3lbs heavier, not too bad. Plus I will(hope) be getting better, lighter brakes which lose a lot of weight. Unsprung weight help effects everything!!

Btw I totally thought this was about wheels and not tire tread!

BAM! The RPF1s from my WRX and some (dwindling) Falken Azenis RT-615 tread.

This photo has been edited (and censored!) so you can see the tread, but it's the only good wheel-out picture I have. So here you go, some Falken Azenis RT-615K.

These are just sweet.

Picture with the most tread. You can probably barely see them. Cooper Discoverer A/T3's. Looooove them.

The affordable Rays are still f'ing expensive! I want some, but 1700 means they aren't coming anytime soon.
![]() 10/28/2013 at 15:51 |

So worth it. Some of the best quality wheels out there. There's really no beating Rays.
